Questions are bound to come up when using any online platform. From making deposits to understanding game rules, claiming bonuses, or keeping your account secure — 999xo is committed to giving you clear, straightforward support every step of the way. This help center was built with everyday users in Bangladesh in mind: whether you're brand new to this type of platform or a seasoned user who's run into an unexpected issue.
999xo believes great support isn't just about fixing problems — it's about guiding users so those problems don't come up again. That's why we've put together detailed guides, step-by-step instructions, and clear explanations covering every topic.
After logging in, you can update your name, phone number, or email from "My Account". Some details may be restricted if your identity verification is not yet complete.
Complete your KYC by uploading a photo of your National ID or passport. Once verified, your withdrawal limit will increase and your account will be more secure.
You can change your password at any time from Settings. Keep it strong — a mix of numbers, letters, and special characters works best.
Enabling 2FA on your account means you'll receive an OTP on your phone every time you log in. With this active, unauthorized access becomes nearly impossible.
Payment is where most people have the most questions — and that's completely understandable, because it's your hard-earned money on the line. At 999xo, the payment process is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.
Log in to your 999xo account and click the "Deposit" button in the top menu.
Choose from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or VISA — whichever payment method works best for you.
Enter the amount you want to deposit. The minimum deposit is just ৳300.
Once payment is confirmed, funds will be added to your account within seconds.
| Payment Methods | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Deposit | Withdrawal Time | Handling Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BKash | ৳300 | ৳50,000 | 5–15 Minutes | Zero |
| Nagad | ৳300 | ৳50,000 | 5–15 Minutes | Zero |
| Rocket | ৳300 | ৳30,000 | 10–20 Minutes | Zero |
| VISA/Mastercard | ৳500 | ৳1,00,000 | 1–2 Business Days | Minor Bank Fee |
| Bank Transfer | ৳1,000 | Unlimited (VIP) | 1–3 Business Days | Bank Charges May Apply |
Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal. Bonus funds require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal. For any issues, reach out via live chat.
Many first-time bettors on 999xo find odds confusing at first — but it's actually quite simple. Say Bangladesh is playing India and Bangladesh's odds are 2.50. If you place a ৳100 bet and Bangladesh wins, you'll receive ৳250 in total — that's your original stake back plus ৳150 in profit.
Live betting means placing bets while a match is in progress. It's one of the most popular features on 999xo because the odds shift with every ball or every minute of play. Experienced bettors read the flow of the match and jump in at just the right moment. If you're new to it, the advice is simple — start small, get a feel for the market, then gradually work your way up.
Decimal odds (e.g. 2.50) mean you get a total return of ৳2.50 for every ৳1 you stake. The lower the odds, the higher the implied probability of winning.
If a match or event is cancelled, 999xo will automatically refund your stake. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
For most matches, betting closes a few minutes before the event starts. During live betting, there may be brief pauses at certain moments.
Bet on multiple events at once for a larger multiplier. Keep in mind that all events must win — if even one loses, the entire bet is forfeited.
Every new member at 999xo receives a welcome bonus. To use this bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements — meaning you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
Enter a bonus code at the time of your first deposit, or check the "Activate Bonus" box, and the bonus will be credited automatically. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.
Say your bonus is ৳1,000 and the wagering requirement is 10x. You'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Your progress is tracked in the betting history section of your account.
Expired bonuses are removed automatically. Make sure to use any bonus you receive before it expires. Check the promotions page regularly for the latest offers.
Keeping your 999xo account secure is our top priority. That said, as a user, there are a few basic precautions you should follow on your end as well.
Most app issues can be resolved in just a few simple steps. Follow the instructions below:
Close the app completely and exit — including from the background. Then relaunch it. Most minor issues get resolved this way.
If the app won't load, check your internet connection first. Try both mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Older versions can sometimes cause issues. Update to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
Android: Settings → Apps → 999xo → Clear Cache. iOS: Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Your data will not be lost.
